Introduction:
The hull of marine floats buoys is made from medium density polyethylene material with excellent flexibility, filled with high strength polyurethane foam inside. With reasonable structure and good performance.Our buoys become the ideal substitution of the traditional steel floater for the floating dredging pipes.
Function:
A: Make sure the delivery line float on the surface of the water.
B: The orange red shell can be Anti-collision Warning signs, to protect the pipeline.
C: Convenient for pipeline check and repair.
D: Shorten the construction period and reduce the project cost and maintenance cost.
Applications:
1.Marine floats buoys are used in dredging sand pipeline;
2.It can be used in dredger, dredging pipe etc. in the sea, lake or river;
3.Particular used in laying the pipes on the water used in dredger project.
Remarks:
1. 2 pieces of float form 1 set, 2 sets of floats form 1 pair. 1 pair of floats could float 6 meter long steel dredging pipe and 1.5m long rubber hose.

Q.1 Is your floater free from getting chipped and crushed?
There are varieties of plastic foams, but our floater is made of medium density polyethylene material with excellent flexibility, filled with high strength polyurethane foam inside. .Our floater has softness, and seldom cracks or buckles.
Q.2 Does your floater fall to pieces due to ultraviolet ray?
Our floater has a cylindrical layered structure made of several tens of layers The outermost layer does not worn our in ten years or so. Although its lustered color on the surface fades away, its strength and buoyancy does not degrade.
Q.3 Shellfish and algae, do they attach on your floater? If so, how can they be removed?
They certainly attach since our floater is made of non toxic materials. But our floaters has a smoother surface than steel floaters, so that it seems to gather less shellfish and algae. If they attach, remove them by pounding after drying.
Q.4 Is it possible to exchange the steel pipes floated on the sea?
It is difficult since they are half immersed in the sea.
Q.5 Is your floater safe against being dragged on earth and sand? Do pebbles no damage?
Since our floater has a solid foam structure, it does not sink even damaged by pebbles. Moreover, even when it is dropped from a truch, rolled on land or plunked on its end,our floater does not sink during usage.
