Description of spherical roller bearing:
1.The spherical roller thrust bearings incorporate a large number of asymmetrical rollers and have specially designed raceways with an optimum conformtiy.
2.The bearings can support very heavy axial loads and permit high speed operations.
3.This type bearings are suitable to accommodate radial loads in additiona to simultaneously acting axial loads.
4.Another important characteristic of spherical roller thrust bearings is their self-aligning capability. This makes the bearings insensitive to shafe deflection and misalignment of the shaft relative to the housing.
5.The spherical rollers guided by a pressed steel window-type or machined brass or steel cage, with the housing washer, form a non-separable unit.
