1. Delivery terms
   1.Port of shipment : Shanghai ,China.
   2.Date of delivery : 4--6weeks after receive your 30% deposit
   3.Packing : wooden,
   4. Terms of Payment: 30% T/T down payment, and delivering the goods after receiving 70% balance
   5. Testing &training:
   
   The plant layout design, assembling and installation, start-up and local team training will be FREE. But the buyer should be
   responsible for the round-air tickets, local transportation, board &lodging and $30/day/person for the pocket money to our
   technicians.
   6.Warranty:
   The seller guarantees the quality of the products for 12 months since the date of installation. During the warranty period, and
   problems or defaults happen on the hard parts of our machinery ,the seller will replace the parts or send the technicians to the
   buyer site for repairing and maintenance at the seller's cost(free).But if the defaults are aroused by defaulted operations, or
   the buyer need the technical assistance for processing problems, the buyer should be responsible for all the cost
