CONING glass wool main raw material is glass and quartz sand, then add all kinds of auxiliaries to mix with a certain proportion, then put the mixture in high-temperature melting pit to make the glass become
liquid. The glass liquid will form a stable flow through drain plate of fore hearth, then reach a high-speed rotating centrifuge with small holes in the side wall through the spinning machine, under the action of
centrifugal force, the glass liquid will be thrown into fibers,after that, under the action of the mixed gas sprayed at high speed, the primary fibers were drawn into ultrafine fibers. When the ultrafine fibers landed on the cotton mesh belt,at the same time, they ware sprayed with a binder and hydrophobic agent,
to become kinds of specification after compaction, solidification,transection and longitudinal cutting. We can produce according to customers’ detail requirements to cover the moisture-proof protective layer,
then packed and stored.
