Product description
GD-Z700 Auto straight knife sharpening machine mainly used for sharpening various types of the straight blade cutting tools at different angles. It is suitable for grinding different types of straight blade cutting tools such as furniture making,wood processing, printing and textile industry etc.
Characters:
1. knife sharpening machine has good and reasonale appearance arrangement,it consist of the 7 components including the main body,the workbench, the carriage, the grinding head, the automatic feeding, the circuitry and the cooling, the structure of each section is compact.
2.Knife making grinder is equiped with manual and automatic feeding griding device. The automatic feeding amount can be adjusted according to actual requirement by adjusting the position of the position rod, and control the feeding amount.
3.Working table can be adjusted the angle from 0 degree to 90 degree.
4.It clamps the blade with electric chuck, so the clamp is safe and reliable.
5.The grinding head feed the blade adjusting speed with the speed frenquency transformer, the feeding speed can be adjusted in uniform in the range of 0-60Hz according the the workpiece, assuring the grinding quality.
