. Usage
This jack uses high-strength steel with special process and new sealing technology. Compared with YCQA series jack, its structure is compacter, lower weight,shorter axial length, shorter reserving length outside the prestressing steel strand so that it can save a large number of steel strand materials. With a large number of actual construction uses and tests, it proves a good performance,durable service,easy lifting,easy using and easy maintenance. This jack is not applicable to push, lift and drop beams.
. Operating principle
The oil cylinder ,heading cover(adjusting nut) ,end cover(hold-down ring), front sealing plate,back sealing plate of this jack connect with cross-core socket to form a “motionless body”, and the piston of the jack is “motion body”, when the hydraulic oil pushes the “motion body” to the right, it begins to tension; When the hydraulic oil pushes the motion body to the left, it is the piston-return after the tension.
. Use hydraulic oil for 65°C,kinematic viscosity for 15~ 50 mm2/s,the diameter of the impurity is not more than 137 μ m and high quality mineral oil with a certain rust resistance, recommend 32 # hydraulic oil in winter, 46 # hydraulic oil in summer, when it is used in special environment, please consider to use other types of oil .
