Feature
1.Consists of three parts: Melter , Hose and Manual/Automatic glue gun. With upper and lower temperature alarm, glue detection alarm ,frequency converter abnormal alarm and other functions.

3.When melting, the hot melt adhesive is isolated from the air: there are some O-ring seal with high temperature resistance between the heating plate and the melting tank, make the melted adhesive won't be exposed to air, to ensure the PUR in a better using conditions

5.The precision gear pump, precision return valve, frequency converter, motor and other spare parts are in the best quality. Electrodeless frequency converter and precision return valve will do the self-regulation and feedback to the system, and can accurately control the adhesive output.

Packaging & Shipping
1. The packing is confirmed to export wooden case standard, strong and durable. The wooden case’s thickness is generally 1 cm;
2. In order to be waterproof, we usually use bubble film to wrap machine;
3. In order to avoid the machine being damaged in transit, the foam will be full filled between the machine and wooden carton.
