Product Description
1.Restraining the phenomenons of tightness,looseness and jitter of molybdenum wire to ensure the accuracy and finish of workpiece.
2. Because of the mechanical constant force structure of regulator, it can improve the life of the electrode wire greatly.
The way to install.
No1: Bilateral pulley. (as shown in Figure 1-2)
1) Perforating two holes and tapping mo wires in the Place A and Place B((as shown in Figure 1-2) which are in the back side of the frame where placing mo wire.
The position of the holes is with the pulley of mo wire regulator aligning with the latter pulley of CNC machine as the benchmark.
The distance of the holes is with holes of the hanging plate(as shown in Figure 1-1) as the benchmark. You can adjust the height according to your machine.
2) Fixing the mo wire regulator to the back side of the frame where placing mo wire with hexagon socket head cap screws.
No.2 Unilateral pulley (as shown in Figure 1-3)
1)Perforating two holes and tapping mo wires in the Place A and Place B((as shown in Figure 1-3) which are in the back side of the frame where placing mo wire.
The position of the holes is with the pulley of mo wire regulator aligning with the latter pulley of CNC machine as the benchmark.
The distance of the holes is with holes of the hanging plate (as shown in Figure 1-1) as the benchmark. You can adjust the height according to your machine.
2) Fixing the mo wire regulator to the back side of the frame where placing mo wire with hexagon socket head cap screws.
Note: The pulley must be lower than the latter pulley of CNC machine. Please clean the regulator often to prevent the rubbish.
