F9 glass fiber Cassette filter

Application: Cassette filter is used in the large air flow systems of medical, foodstuff, hosptial, dust proof room etc.

The filter can be used as the end filtering for HEPA systems or front-end filtering for the UH systems.

 

• filter material: super-fine polypropylene fiber or glass fiber
• outer frame: plastic , galvanization-steel plate
• separation: hot melt glue

Common application of Cassette filter

It is applied to large air flow ventilation system, filtration system of Pharmaceutical, food, hospitals, clean room, and so on.

It can be used as terminal-filtration of medium and high efficiency filtration system or pre-filtration of super-efficient filtration system

Features of Cassette filter    :

v type air filter is a kind of deep loading high efficiency filter, suitable for permanent or impermanent airflow system

It's constructed to V-type by multiple mini-pleat media, installed in galvanized box or ABS plastic box

Compared with the common filters, it ideally enlarges the filter area, ensuring low media damage and low energy consumption to save cost in the present installation system
