is a simple liquid level measuring instrument, suitable for measuring the corrosive, acidic, alkaline and high viscosity  liquid level,especially in   Petroleum and chemical industry which always storage corrosive medium by  Flat, cone cover, vault container,the material medium is Heavy oil, tar, crude oil, resin of high viscosity material and it can also used in enterprises and Civil towers (box) who need cheap level measurement to solve the difficulties of artificial liquid measurement. Especially suitable for large storage tank. You can use it not only on the scene display type direct reading meter, but also can form a liquid level transmitter and sensor combination, standard remote signal output DC4 ~ 20mA, with our factory homemade liquid level transmitter, liquid level control switch, a liquid level alarm switch, you can facilitate the realization of remote level indicating,recording, detection, control and alarm, so that you can visually display the liquid level in the scene, and can realize the modernization of information management; selection of magnetic turn display board,night observation, can be configured without power fluorescent display, clear and bright in the night.

Basic principle

The basic principle of work: (as the following chart) float buoyancy effect remains on the liquid surface, accordance to the principle of force balance, connect the counterweight and float through the wire rope, the balance of their roles with the liquid level synchronization in the opposite direction changes, weight through another slide wheel drives a pointer or a head, direct or magnetic columns indicate the liquid level height.
