3.production process of motorcycle tyre:

 

In general, production process of motorcycle tyre include mixing,extrusion,calendering,molding of tyre,vulcanization and quality check.

 

(1) Mixing of Raw Material:(Use Mixing Machine)

 

First,mix the natural rubber,carbon black,oil,additive and accelerator together,then processing the mixture in mixer machine,and produce sizing material.

 

(2)Extrusion:(Using Extruding Machine)

 

Feed sizing material into extruding machine,and extrude semi-finished products.

 

 

(3)Calendering:(Using Calender)

Through the cord thread into calender,and hang cord thread on two sides of sizing materia,so complete tire cord.

 

 

 

(4)Molding of Tire:(Using Forming Machine)

molding of tyre,after a series of process.

 

 

(5)Vulcanization:(Using Vulcanizer)

 

Put the green tyre into mould (with specific pattern) of vulcanizer,the purpose of the vulcanization is strengthen tension,hardness and elasticity of tire in the condition of high temperature and high pressure.

 

(6)Quality Check:

 

Check the ties,and confirm whether there are fissure or scratch.

Each pcs tyre wrapped by colorful foil strip ,then 10,20 or 25 pcs are pressed in one  bale;1x20FT could fill about 3200pcs tyre and mixing 10000pcs of inner tubes;1x40HC could fill 6500pcs of tyres and 25000pcs of inner tubes.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

7.Shipping:

 

 (1)Mixed Loading of Tyre and inner tube:

 

1x20FT could fill about 3200pcs tyre and mixing 10000pcs of inner tubes, and  1x40HC could fill about 6500pcs of tyres and 25000pcs of inner tubes.

 

(2)Only Tyres:

 

In order to save freight cost , motorcycle tyre  not loadig alone, it ofen  mixed Loading with inner tube.

 

(3)Only Inner Tube:

 

1x20FT could fill about  43000pcs inner tubes.
