Outer disc (2 disc, one on eachside) made in PVC in white color of 0.5 mm thickness, size 16.5(dia) cms imprint in offset per 1 side (eachone, different printing)

The 3 disc are joint with a metal rivet as per the picture.

DIn A4 sheet in 70 gsm quality white paper imprint in 1 color on boths sides with the medicine instructions.
