All units are packaged individually by box, then by large outer cartons. Daygreen's products are fully sealed by heatconducting ethoxyline so it's not easy to break or damage during the shipment by air or sea. We make shipment between 5 to 10 working days for normal order and 3 to 5 days for samples by DHL, FedEx or by sea in Hongkong or Shenzhen.  If you need some special request on shipment, please note us before placing order.  In order to clear customs soon, please provide accurate receiving address including zip code and taxes number. Daygreen provides one year warranty for any finished products except gifts or free samples. The warranty period starts from receipt of items received from your customs. We will not give warranty when the clients buy from third trading companies or the units have been repaired by yourself or inproper use. The lifetime of daygreen products is 100,000 hours and you can buy and use it confidently. During warranty period, the clients will take charge of return shipping cost except defective products. Daygreen will take charge of defective products with the testimony that clients could provide videos or send us back according to case. Switch power supply works stably only for right application.
