This feeder accepts disposable dry food packs as well as other dry food. Manufactured from durable ABS plastic, there is a pet-proof lock on the lid and a detachable, translucent food hopper showing the food level. Care and Cleaning:

• When the food tank starts getting dirty and there is a lot of loose food at the bottom of the food tank, you can remove the food cover and food tank for cleaning.

• Use a soft damp cloth to clean the feeder base which contains the control panel and batteries. Never get this part wet and do not wash with running water.

•You can wash the Food Cover and Food Tank in warm soapy water, but do not put these parts in the dishwasher or they could be permanently damaged.
