Description
(1).Swing Industrial Robot Series is applicable to all types of horizontal injection machine ranges of 20-200T the removal of sprues and parts from the injection molding machine. |
(2).The Axis driven by pneumatic, fastest take-out time of 0.8 seconds, fastest dry cycle time of 3.8 seconds. |
(3).The solid construction allows fast movement with low vibration for precise removal, equipped pneumatic shock absorbers. |
(4).Handling weight max. 2 kg. |
(5).Locking cylinder to prevent the arm from drifting down into the mold in the event of air pressure loss. |
(6).The Y-axis is also equipped with a heavy-duty switch as an additional interlock before the mold can close. |
(7). Z-axis can be freely adjustable from 45°-90°,simple change over from rear side to operate side placement. |
(8). Rotation is made automatically when pivoting the Z-axis out of the press, mechanical sprue gripper with part monitoring. |
