Q: Do customized items charge extra money?

A: Yes. Because a new mould is needed to make for the customized item.

 

Q: How long is your delivery time?

A: Samples delivery within 5days;

    Hose clamp from stock of warehouse will delivery within 7days;

    Mass production or customized size will delivery within 30-45days.

 

Q: Do you provide samples ? is it free or extra ?

A: Yes, we could offer the sample for free.
