Product Structure
There are 2 layers in this PVC Laminated with Nonwoven fabric Disposable Blood Pressure Cuff Fabric(disposable NIBP cuff fabric)
The first one is Basic fabric. It’s 100% polyester nonwoven fabric,
The other one is PVC film. It makes the fabric to be inflatable, airtight, weldable and waterproof. The PVC is without 6P, so it’s eco-friendly and non-toxic. And this PVC has good performance in low temperature circumstance, it could be used under -22℃.
Application
This environmental friendly and non-toxic inflatable PVC medical fabric could be used in inflatable medical products and home textile, such as tourniquet, disposable blood pressure cuff, dispossable NIBP cuffs, airbed, bed cover, air pillow...
Production Flow
Step1) Raw material inspection. All the basic fabric will be checked by quality inspector before manufacturing.
Step2) TPU laminated. During the mass production, our workers would pay attention to the product quality control all the time.
Step3) Package. When the workers package the finished fabric , they inspect every meter of the mass production.
Step4)Delivery.
Packaging
100Y/Roll+Hard paper pipe +EPE+ PE bags+woven bag+pallet, as per costumers' demand.
