   This machine have 4 layer feeder system. it could feed  the paper from the 4 layer to the gap bridge,and  it could adjust and location the paper by the front guide and side guide,and then it finish the printing /numbering /perforating and collating work in the 1 time. 

Function :                                                                                  

     1) Two color print at one time ,4 layers could printed in 2 color .

      2) Two number system:

           max quantity for the number box : horizontal number box :47                                                        vertical number box :42 units.

           the space between 2 number could be "ZERO"

      3) this machine have the scorcing function.

 

      4)this machine could insert the paper cover,and also could do the paper cover not number .

1. Perfect feeder:Paper feeder is vertical arranged in one line,it is easy and safety to load paper and check the paper .


2. Mutifunctional collator:Paper collate function, there are 2 type, one is the paper come together to the number unit, then the first paper is numbered in ink, and other 3 paper is copy color.  Another type is paper come to number unit one by one , then all the 4 paper is original numbered. It could do more than 4 layers collate work


3. Insert cover : It have the function to insert the cover and mark when reach the preset quantity.


4. Special number : the paper to be numbered is optional. and it could reach :Zero Space : number .


5. Optional perforation :It could do the horizontal and vertical perforate work as your request one time ,,and the paper to be perforated is optional.


6. Automatic delivery :The paper delivery could get down automatic, and the delivery pile height is more than 90cm.


7. Automatic oil system: the oil system could oil the machine in fixed time and fixed quantity automatic.


8. Double sheet detection:there is ultrasonic double sheet testing function.

 2.Question: what is your payment term and delivery time ?

Answer: we accept TT,30% prepaid as deposit, and before we delivery the machine, you need to pay us the balance . We could arrange the delivery within 10-30 days after we get the deposit.

 3.Question: How is the quality for your machine ?

Answer: for the spare parts, most of  them are  manufactured  by ourselves,and most of them are done the hardness process treatment. So we can better control our quality from beginning. Electrical Part we had cooperated with good foreign brand, such as UBC, Yaskawa, Siemens, NSK, Delta, Panasonic etc.all the machine will be installed in high precision and be tested for many time before delivery.
