Ball mill is the key milling equipment after material has been crushed. It is widely used in cement, silicate, new construction material, refractory material, chemical fertilizer, ferrous metal and non-ferrous metal as well as ceramics. It is widely applied to dry or wet grinding for ores and grindable materials.
Structure of Ball Mill:
The machine is composed of feeding part, discharging part, turning part and driving part (reducer, small driving gear, electric motor and electric control).
The quill shaft adopts cast steel part and the liner is detachable. The turning gearwheel adopts casting hobbing process and the drum is equipped with wear-resistant liner, which has good wear-resistance.

Luoyang Zhongde Heavy Industries Co.,Ltd, whose predecessor was Luoyang Mining Machinery Cement Equipment Factory, was founded in 1959.
Over the past fifty years, it has made significant contribution to the economic development in China. In 1995, it took the lead in changing into the joint stock company, which brought rapid development to the company.
In 2006, the old factory relocated into the large modern industrial workshop in Louxin Industrial Park. It covers an area of 98000m2, which includes 62000m2 modern heavy industrial workshops with employees over 2800. It is the manufacturing and export base for heavy mining machinery in China.
Zhongde has nine series of equipments, including crushers, mining mill, tube mill, rotary kiln, cooler, rotary dryer, magnetic separator, flotation machine and concentrator.
