4,Gear Hobbing Tools are used for rought and finish cutting of involute gears as well as cylindrical parts with non involute profiles. Hob Cutters are available in different sizes ranging from OD32mm to 350mm diameters, and from 0.2 module to 40 module pitches. These hobbing tools can be manufactured in DIN Quality Class A and AA as per customer requirement.

 

 5, Gear Hob Cutters can be manufactured with profile modifications like finishing,pre-shaving,pre-grinding,semi-topping,full topping and full root fillet.

We use advanced and superior material and coating technology that extend gear hobbing tool life. Hobs for some sepcial profiles can also be mad as per customer drawing.
