Product Overview
Description
This powder production line is for product fineness down to 98 % < 2 µm, Wet Stir Mill System is the best choice. Dry grinder machine is not able to achieve this product fineness with economical energy efficiency.
1. Good combination of different grinding balls makes coarse partiles stay in down part of grinding chamber.
2. Small grinding balls shear the particles in the middle part of grinding chamber.
3. Fine particles will flow up from gaps between grinding balls and then come out of grinding chamber.
4. The grinding chamber is so long that there is enough time for slurry to stay inside the grinding chamber and be ground. So the slurry flow is stable, product quality is stable and the particle size distribution is uniform.
5. Reasonable linear speed of mixer makes round shape of fine powder particles.
6. Special heat distribution technology helps keep good whiteness of product during the grinding.
7. Energy saving, at least 70% lower than traditional machine.
8. Wet grinding machine has no dust emission problem and also waste problem.
9. Machine stable and reliable. The running efficiency can be up to 95%, and no vibration and low noise.

1) What are our main products?
- We design and manufacture various powder grinding mills, classifiers, coating machines, mixing machines, etc.

3) How long time is our delivery?
- 60 to 90 days after the down payment received.
4) What payment terms do we offer?
- 30% by T/T as down payment;
- 70% by T/T before shipment or irrevocable L/C at sight.
5) What kind of shipment can we do?
- For complete machines, standard containers or frame containers by sea.
- For spare parts, wooden Case and pallet for delivery by air.
6) What service can we supply for machine installation and test run?
- We send engineers to the clients’ project site and offer on-site technical instruction and supervision during the machine installation, commissioning and test run.
7) What is our warranty policy?
- We offer warranty of 12 months after installation or 18 months after the delivery.
- We offer lifetime service for our machine products after the delivery, and will follow up the machine status with our clients after the successful machine installation in our clients’ factories.
