2)When raw material ready in stock then production department arrange production ,
3)After harden then burning
4)Then Quality Assurance Center Operations spot check grinding wheels from each car.,testing including physic test (outside,thickness,weight, static balance and so on )and performance test (cutting material 12mm/18mm/25mm round steel and iron pipe and 40*40*4 angle iron ,grinding 200*200*25 iron plate and steel plate)
5)all the grinding wheels will put in pick and choose area , check the grinding wheels one by one
6)How to packing according to customer requirement , such as 180*6.0*22-T27 grinding wheels, 5pcs by heating shrink film ---5set(25pcs)in one box(size180*6.0*22mm)---two box in one carton

4.Packing & Storage Conditions
1. Using the airproof packing with the moistureproof bead in each carton so that can keep the cutting and grinding performance well.
2. Using the three layer corrugated carton for inner box and five layer corrugated carton for outer carton.
For the cymbals-shape cutter or grinder dish we using the pearl-cotton packing material to block off for protecting the production appearance.
3. Storage Conditions: keeping dryness for the finished product warehouse and storing the product on the
tray with sorting. It will be propitious to the production storage and production quality protection.
