Application:

Suitable for slitting rewinding paper, film, adhesive tape such as BOPP, PE, PET, masking tape, double sided tape, self adhesive material, release paper, etc.

 

Feature:

 Main Motor: By AC motor with inverter power as material transfer, steady and rapid acceleration and deceleration.

 Rewind Drive: Two rewind motors and one main motor form three motors driven, main motor separates rewind material from unwind material, and rewind motor controls tension during operation to make product tension stable.

Take-up arm using intermittent shift guide wheels, can automatically detect the take-up reel diameter, automatic shift, and the finished product to maintain minimum flow. Way as the center and surface winding and used in rewinding the freedom to choose different materials applied.

 Product take-up: can be equipped with slat-type air shaft and slip-style take-up shaft for greater range of materials, specially designed for Axis mode. Can be replaced at any time.

Finished secondary discharge: the machine is equipped with fast swing frame body discharge, discharge in the finished product can be quickly completed.

Electricity Device: All functions are operated under LCD touch panel control, which is operator friendly and easy for data setting.

Unwind Bass: Equipped with separated shaft type unwind base, auto web guide and auto unwind tension controller.

 

 Optional Parts:

 Unwind Pick-Up Lift: For loading jumbo roll on the machine quickly and time saving.

 Noise Reduction Hood: For attenuating the production sound when the machine is running.

 Trimming unit: Able to choose either connected or separated traverse type winding unit.

 LPC Device: Automatic line position control system can get good cutting product.
