II. Material (CI flexo printing machine)

BOPP, PVC, PE, Breathable PE, NY,   Paper,Non-woven fabric  and so on. It will be printed with multicolor continuous well.

 

III.Feature

1. Prompt print for production once printing plate mounted& color registered, no need to adjust plates again, improved production yield.

2. Changing a set of new plate roller, it just need 30 minutes to print again.

3. The first loading printing plate, the use of electric positioning system to quickly registering,  within two minutes to complete the vertical register.

4. Max printing speed can get 160m/min, register precision +-0.15mm, the registering accuracy does not fluctuate during speed up and down.

5.Substrate’s tension is held during machine paused, avoids substrate shifted.

6. The whole production line from the reel to put the finished product can achieve non-stop continuous production to maximize production efficiency.
