  For the color paving bricks, it needs color feeding parts, including color feeder, small mixer, and belt conveyor.

 

 

 

 

We design moulds to make sure produce most pavers at one mould.

Each mould is cut from a complete steel, so the surface of pavers is very fine.

 

  We design moulds specially for your needed brick block sizes. For the pavers, the moulds are made from a complete steel using wire-electrode cutting, to ensure the fine face of pavers.

 

 

 

For hollow blocks, the raw materials could be crushed stone, flyash,slag cinder, ceramic grains,etc. You could make some other waste residue as raw materials. Our engineer will adjust the ratio accordingly.
