This series of autoclave is strictly manufactured according to GMP standard, and is mainly used for the sterilization of ampoule, penicillin bottle, injection, oral liquid and etc. with leak test and cleaning disposal.
It adopts pre-vacuum method to eliminate the cold air, so as to ensure temperature homogeneity, the combination of vacuum and color water, ensure 100% waste test result, and double door interlock structure is good to realize the isolation of clean area to the polluted area.

Floor loading structure
The floor loading autoclave adopts floor embedded structure that allows the loading cart to load into the chamber directly without the trolley.
Loading cart & trolley structure
The standard autoclave is equipped with trolley and loading cart, which do not require to open pit for the autoclave, the loading carts are transported by the trolleys.
