Disposable Laparoscopic Trocars 5MM, 10MM, 15MM, 12MM

Success® Disposable trocar consists of a cannula and a trocar shaft.
The trocar cannula consists of an upper-shell, middle shell, under-shell, lug, choke valve, puncture cannula, throttle body, valve Core, and a button. The trocar shaft consists of a shaft cap and a puncture shaft.
This Product is bladeless and with magnetic seal maintaining strict air tightness it ensures safe and reliable puncture.

Application

It is appropriate for laparoscopy and laparoscopic surgery to establish a working channel of abdominal surgery.

1. Always select an appropriate size of Success® trocar according to various surgeries.
2. Remove the trocar cannula and trocar shaft from the packaging.
3. Insert trocar shaft into cannula. Open the conversion cover first when use a trocar assembled with a conversions cover, and then insert the trocar shaft into cannula. When insert the trocar shaft into cannula, ensure that the positioning hole on the trocar cannula aligns with the positioning boss on the trocar shaft.
4. After above assembly puncture the intended site. Notes of the puncture approach: firstly Pierce the skin with a scalpel blade, meanwhile lift the abdominal wall, and hold the trocar with right hand, and make its base withstanding hand thenar, use the strength of wrist rotation slowly, steady, vertical piercing abdominal wall; to prevent too deep penetration, withdraw the trocar shaft immediately when have the sense of peritoneum breakthrough.
5. After withdrawing the trocar shaft, open the vent valve for inflating the abdominal cavity to ensure adequate intra-abdominal pressure.
6. Close the vent valve after inflation; insert operation instruments into trocar cannula to start the surgery.
7. Press the button after surgery, remove instruments from Cannula. The upper shell could be apart from trocar cannula body to remove the tissue.

(Note: a 15mm Success® Trocar allows an instrument of diameter between 5mm and 15mm; a 12mm Success® Trocar allows an instrument of diameter between 5mm and 12mm; a 10mm Success® Trocar allows an instrument of diameter between 5mm and 10mm ;)
