Double bracing regulating wheel, the spindle adopted four tiltable ball support bearing bush to keep high carrying capacity and precision. 

Use lubricating oil alone on the spindle. 

The regulating wheel feed slide is equipped plastic coated guideway and servomotor that drives high-precision planetary gear reducer to work, through the couplings driving ball screws. The minimum feed is 0.001mm. 

AC frequency converter is used for regulating wheel speed control . 

Servo motor driving ball screw & stepless speed regulation are adopted on regulating wheel & grinding wheel dresser. 

The man-machine interactive operation can set automatic feed grinding process, which the feed, speed and timing can be adjusted 

The coolant system is equipped with magnetic coolant separator. 

PLC/CNC Operating system optional.

Main Application: 
The grinder is mainly used for through-feed grinding of cylindrical surface and ring-type parts, as well as for plunge-cut grinding of various stepped, cones that the conicity less than 1:20 and cylindrical surfaces semi-automatically or automatically .
