1. MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity)
For trial order, we did not set MOQ, you can order even 1pc or 2pcs to test our quality and design.
From your second order, MOQ differs according to different products, for small products will have MOQ 5pcs, big size products 2pcs. And mix products for order are welcome.

2. Delivery Time
Depending on your quantity, for goods we have in stock, Delivery takes 2 days to comply with your request to replace the plug or other configurations.
For Regular order, delivery takes between 30-40 days.

3. Payment Term
Mostly, we work with: FOB / CNF / CIF or EX-WORK. Which one? Depend on you and order amount. Order total amount less than USD20000 will be EX-WORK, over USD20000 base on FOB HUANGPU.
30% deposit by T/T payment for start production, 70% by T/T or L/C before delivery.
Small amount by T/T or Western Union are acceptable.

4. Production Capacity
Don’t worry about our production capacity; we produce more than 6000 sets of various types of products every month.

5. Free Spare Parts
We offer 3% free spare parts from order quantity when you order more than 100pcs in one time.

6. Warranty
6 months or 1 year depend on different product. Within the warranty period, send us the pictures for the part you need, we will solve for you.
1) 6 months or 1 year depend on different product (begins on the date of purchase by the customer) will be free of charge for maintenance.
2) This warranty covers only those defects that arise as a result of normal use of the product, and does not cover any other problems, including those that arise as a result of:
a. Improper maintenance or modification;
b .Parts or supplies not provided or supported by Oceangain;
c. Unauthorized modification or misuse.
d. Hostile operation environments, or natural disaster such as thunder, fire, flood and other acts of God.
e. Damage of the appearance of the products.
f. Uncrating, setup, installation or the removal and re-installation of products after repair....

Customization product is a big advantage of our company, every year, we design and develop more than 10 new models, these designs are from our customer's good idea, and all these customized products bring good profit to their master.

9. OEM/ODM Policy
We provide OEM and ODM service for all our customers. In the meantime, we also sell products without logos or labels. Quality standards and approvals are in accordance to buyers’ requests.
