1. Remove the outside screws of both sides of data interface

2. Suck up the screen with chuck from the top of “home” position

3. Remove the chuck slowly half open of the screen

4. Remove the metal plate, pry open display and touching wires

5. Remove the screen assembly

6. Replace by a new LCD screen according to reverse steps above
