Q:What is your minimum order quantity(MOQ)? A:We have OEM/ODM and stock service. - For OEM/ODM items, MOQ is 1000pcs/size/color. - For stock items, MOQ is 100pcs/size/color .
Q:What is your sample lead time? A:-The normally sample lead time is 5-7 days. -And if the material is special and need customized made , it takes one week more.
Q:How about the sample fee? A:-We would require the sample fee for new customer, and it can be returned after the order released. -And we can discuss the exact fee based on different item.
Q:What is your production lead time? A:-Our production leadtime is 40-45days after PP samples confirmed. -And if we have stock, we can devlivery you within 3days.
