Through the microcomputer operation upon the main parts of the machine , it is very easy to run the electronic controller. It adopts transducer, motor, timing belts and so on, so that the machine 

could run well with little noise. Besides these, the above frame made of aluminum profile is 

convenient to adjust and run in a stable condition. Two -wheel gluing system has the  characters of more stable  gluing, quality assurance, cost saving. In order to monitor the quality and check the producing process, we install the electronic eye and 

monitor system of display screen. Our machine is mainly applied to paper board, A/B/E corrugated package carton, outside carton for beer, food, beverage, milk products and so on. Due to easy adjustment and operation, high efficiency etc., this machine is the right one for expansion of your business.

Key components

Includes 6 sections: Feeder with the air suction position-fix system, Water spray and crease system, Crash lock bottom section, Folding section, Trombone, Conveyor section.

Feeder section

Precisely deliver paper through air suction position-fix system feeder to ensure the efficiency. Guard plates are provided at right and left sides to move according to the screw pattern which ensure machine fix the paper position correctly. We add the spring pressure increasing device to make paper feed more stably.

Water spray and crease system

Designed on the law of cutting and creasing, the machine can precisely do the second pressing on the folding line to ensure the flute paper folding quality and avoid dislocation, grabbing pit, out of line and some other problems. Water spray can make the flute paperboard to be softer and easy to fold.

Crash lock bottom section

All gluing drums can be loaded and unloaded; Two upper gluing drums (right and left) and two lower gluing drums (right and left), to be selected depending on actual needs; Glue quantity in gluing drums is adjustable, thus ensuring stability and easy maintenance; The upper gluing wheel is 8mm thick and the lower wheel is 18mm thick in standard version and can be customized according to customer requirements; Made with good and stable material, gluing drum is firm and durable; Crash lock is completed by 4 groups of crash-locking mechanism.

Folding section

Folding section consists of turning belt with teeth, adjustable speed changer on the left and right which could help to reduce the measurement error, 90 stabilizing device that helps to fix the paper, especially for thick paperboard.

Trombone section

Pressure rollers can be adjusted depending on box thickness to achieve flawless box creasing. Push-leveling device is installed to level the pile-up of corrugate carton and avoid mal-position.

Conveyor section

Pneumatic pressure device could be adjusted based on carton specifications to ensure the request of pressure increasing. The elevated device of the machine's air cylinder could also be adjusted for different cartons or boxes to make our machine multi-functional. In order to improve the efficiency, we also install sensor and counting device.
