Product Overview

Description

LNG Plant

 Product Description

The general production process is using natural gas as material (contains about 90% of methane) , through dewatering, removal of acidic gas(H2S, CO2 etc.) and heavy hydrocarbon, and then enter refrigeration unit and is cooling to about -162 and became liquid. it's volume is reduce to 1/625 of its gas phase. The liquefied natural gas (LNG) is storage in the cryogenic LNG storage tank. And supply to users by transportation systems.

Technical Characteristic

  1. Split skid mounted design, it has advantage of convenient installation and short construction period.

  2. Standardized, modular plant design, the plant has advantage of compact structure, less land occupation, save investment, according to terrain and flexible layout, good stability and regional adaptability.

  3. Use MDEA absorbing and removing acid gas (CO2).

  4. Use molecular sieve and PSA dewatering process.

  5. Removing mercury by activated carbon soaked in sulfur.

  6. Liquefying natural gas with single level MRC refrigeration process.

  7. The plant adopts DCS control system.

Main Equipment

The LNG plant is made of 4~6 skid blocks:

  • Raw natural gas metering and compression skid block

  • Raw natural gas decarburization & dehydration skid block

  • Raw natural gas mercury removal skid block

  • Refrigeration compressor skid block

  • Natural gas cryogenic liquefaction skid block

  • LNG storage tank system

  • Loading and Transportation Unit
