GM-LK series of melt gear pump is designed with a  large  entrance , suitable for the high temperature and high viscosity polymer melt conveying reaction, such as resin, chemical fiber industry, generally installed on the lower part of the reaction kettle, used as discharge  pump.This series of melt gear pump has good self-priming performance, can be used in the vacuum reaction condition, the polymer material conveying and pressurization.

The characteristic of this GM-G series  Discharge melt pump for polymer reaction kellte

 

 

 

1)it can be used on high temperature (350℃),high pressure(15MPa),high viscosity (40,000Pa•s)working condition.

 

2)The pressure flow pulsation is very small, and even can achieve linear output flow,easy to control

 

3)Good self-priming performance, can be used in the entrance with the operation condition of vacuum (0.05 ~ 0.09 MPa) 

 

4)Precise structure, high precision, long service life
