Description

1. Ambient temperature: -40°C~+50°C.


2. Power source : Three-phase ac 50 hz, 380 v (we can also provide 60hz or other products against your requirement) .


3. Altitude : Conform to the standard of GB755-2000.


4. Brake installation dimensions and braking torque parameters conform to the standard JB/ZQ4388-1997, and the technical requiremnet conform to JB6406.2-1992 standard.


5. Relative Humidity: ≤90%.


6. Procuct performance : Safe and reliable performance, smooth braking, high operating frequency .


7. There is one automatic lubrication bearing at the main swinging hinged point. The products are of high transmission efficiency and long service life. Lubrication is no need in the using process.


8. This series of brake can be retrofitted according to the customers' needs.

Standards compliant

The dimensions and braking torque parameters of YWZ9 series brakes comply with JB/ZQ4388-86 and GB6333-86 (with A-series) standard, technology requirements comply with JB/T6406-2006 standard.

 

Main Design Features

l  There are two methods for mounting of the brake linings upon request of the customer:

Riveted type and inserted type (please specify when ordering)

l  Main swinging articulation is equipped with the self-lubricating bearing

The transmission efficiency is high, in use without lubrication.
