Simple troubleshooting:

1. Atomizer does not work  after connecting with battery	1. Check whether the battery base is screwed  tightly, if not, please re-screw it well.  2. Check whether the batteries are reversed.
2. Atomizer without vapor after  connecting with battery	1. Check whether the atomizer is well screwed  with the battery, if not, please re-screw it tightly. 2. Check if there is inside, if not,  please put in the.  3. Check if the coil head is damage, if so,  please replace a new one.
3. Burning taste	1. Check if the is not enough. 2. Check if the resistance of coil is  consisted with the battery status.

 

 

 

 

Warranty:

1. Warranty: 3 months for atomizer, 6 Months for battery, 12 moths for charger and accessories.

2. Anything damaged, please provide pictures or video for confirmation. new same goods will be offered

After-sale service
