>> Working Principle <<

 

Grinding media and grinding material will rotate with barrel to a certain height, when roll mill works, then grinding material and grinding media will drop along with parabola, material will be grinded under the friction and cutting of grinding media.

 

 

 

>> About sieve/screening <<

Every YLK Ball Mill Machine is equipped with a round frame sieve. While grinded powder passing through the 

sieve, the particle can be classified into different sizes. The screen has 10 types, including 20/40/60/80/100/

120/140/160/180/200 sieve number. You can get different size powder by choosing the appropriate screen.

Remark: \u0081(1) Single tank, feeding grain size: ≤10MM diameter, output grain size: ≤1μm minimum diameter.

(2) Loading rate of ball mill can not exceed 70% of the effective volume of grinding cylinder.
