1. Check the products on the product pages,found the ones you are interested in and contact us via our customer service or send messages to us by fill in your request on the bottom of every product page.

3. Product specifications and packages as well as delivery will be discussed. After final details are discussed and confirmed by both of us, we'll move on to actual orders.

• When shipping, apart from individual packages, all products will be packed in proper-size Cartons. The normal carton size we are using have roughly the dimension of :  50cm(L)*40cm(W)*30cm(H).

• We prefer to pack the products using one of the above cartons, but if our clients have special requirements, we can pack with customized-size cartons (only valid for large quantity).

• Goods would be sent by air or sea,you can select your favorite courier to proceed delivery, we prefer DHL,for we have been working for years and they can send cargos to almost everywhere of the world. For air shipment the freight charges should be pre-paid along with the amount on the PI.

• Delivery by air normally takes 3-7 days to reach destinations, except for delay causing by congestion in the loading port.Sea shipment takes about a month or less depending on the destination port, suitable for large orders.

OEM service:

Sometimes, many customers want their own design or add their idea to our design, this is acceptable and will need to go through our evaluation process, after which we will give our final verdict or suggestions we concluded in order to reach certain concensus for production. 

If buyers want to create their own brand using our existing products or develope new products, we can provide OEM service, for the latter we have to do series of researches and evaluation.

Q: I WANT TO ORDER AN SAMPLE FOR EVALUATION PURPOSE, CAN YOU PROVIDE FREE SAMPLE ?

 A: I am afraid that we have strict rules on sample. Buyers need to pay for the samples and shipping before we can work together. However once you've chosen us as your supplier , you can easily request us to refund the sample cost. This is to prevent the potential risk of giving away samples to those "free sample collectors" whose intention is to get the free sample for personal use and causing our financial burden.

Q: If I want to order some samples from you, can you do freight collect ?

A: For very small amount of samples we accept freight collect but will need confirmation from DHL official, they have very strict rules on eletronic products.

Q: With the tracking No. you provided, why can't I check the status of the goods ?

A: Our express delivery is done by franchised DHL forwarder, they collect the goods from us and hand them over to DHL , then DHL will arrange schedule for goods to be shipped.So there will be some delay(2-4 days) sometimes, but once they are onboard the plane,they will arrive the destination with no delay.You can check the data now and then to see the updates.
