Description
Welding Electrode is the metal strip when gas welding or electric welding filled in the junction. Electrode material is usually the same as with the material of the workpiece.
Low carbon steel welding, AC and DC welding technology, excellent performance, very stable arc, transport tune with ease, little spatter, slag good fluidity, easy to remove slag shell, then arc easy, solder wave surface detail and beautiful, can perform a full range of welding, especially for sheet metal welding, weld joints and irregular spatial position of difficult operations can be satisfied with the weld. Change the product is suitable for welding vehicles, construction, shipbuilding, machinery manufacturing low-carbon steel. Especially for small pieces of sheet metal and short welds require intermittent welding and smooth surface of the capping.
E6010
This electrode is used for all position weding using DCRP.It produces a deep penetrating weld and works well
on dirty,painted and rusted steel.
E6011
This electrode shares the same character with the E6010 type,but can be used with AC and DC currents.
E6013
This electrode can be used with AC and DC currents also.It produces a medium penetrating weld with a superier weld bead appearance.
E7018
This electrode is well known as a low hydragen electrode and can be used with AC or DC.
The electrode can produce welds of xray quality with medium penetration.
E308-16,E308L-16,E309,etc.All 300 series is for stainless steel welding work.

The process of steelmaking has undergone many changes in the 20th century based on the political, social and technological atmosphere.
