Foam concrete block cutting machine

Cutting size can be adjusted

It can be used to cut all lightweight foam concrete products, such as block or panel.

 

 

 

Processing Technology:

First, mix the certain dosage raw materials in the mixer, after mixing uniformity pour the mixture slurry into mould, after a certain procuring a block forming, and after the block reaches to a certain hardness put it on the cutter to cut it into required block sizes, and the block mould shall be clean and spraying oil for recycle.

The lightweight foam concrete block will be cut stepply by the band saw:

First, cutter-1 will cut the block’s top and bottom;

Second, cutter-2 will cut the block in longitudinal vertical;

Last, cutter-3 will cut the block in horizontal vertical.

The finished small blocks will be stacking, packaging, or truck loading.

 

Functions:

It can be used to cut CLC/EPS/CERAMISITE/ Hydrogen Peroxide/ Polypropylene fiber panels or blocks, its cutting size can be adjusted.
