Intelligent attemperation fabric/fiber is a new developed type of functional products that phase change material(PCM) technology combined with fabric finishing technology,have the function of the two-way temperature regulation.

 

When the outer environment temperature rise,the PCM contained in the fabric begin the phase change process,change from solid to liquid,absorb the heat then stored in fabric.

 

When the outer environment temperature lower,the PCM contained in the fabric change from liquid to solid,release the stored heat,maintain the body temperature,let the human body in a comfortable temperature state.

 

The endothermic and exothermic process of Intelligent attemperation fabric/fiber is automatic & reversible,so it is intelligent.

1.Coating methods (Aftertreatment on the fabric surface)

Can coating on any fabric,MicroPCM content can be adjusted according to requirement,can touch skin direct and wash fastness is strong. Coating 15-80g per square meter MicroPCM on fabric at present, enthalpy can reach 20-40 j/g, and has a good fastness to washing.

 

 

2. Impregnation method

 

Connect the MicroPCM to the fiber surface through physical method,the enthalpy can reach 30 j/g.
