This machine is a spring synchronous detection equipment used in the production line of spring, it is mainly used in spring preload, sorting of the spring test force etc..  It can sorting 2000-3000 pieces per hour, it is a necessary equipment for rapid spring detection.

It has computer screen display, the WINDOWS operating system platform, high-speed data acquisition card which is research and development independent, it has international famous company operational amplifier and imported high-speed &high-precision sixteen bit parallel bus A/D converter, the conversion rate is above 250k/s. and the acquisition rate is over 200000 times / second, to ensure the accuracy and timely of the test.

The main interface  display the state of work sorting machine, display the  test information of the test force, the detection speed, the spring statistical results conclusion in time. It has the man-machine conversation, friendly and concise interface, and is easy to operate.

It has overload automatic alarm protection and shut down function.

It has rhythm control interlock protection function, when the table is rotating, the cylinder  does not work,  when the cylinder is working the station can not rotary indexing.
