  Composition:

 “An innovative mineral based, environmentally friendly “green” building material comprised of:”

 MGO   70%

 MgCL2   10%

 Fiberglass   15%

 Perlite(Filier)  5%

  Raw Material:

 Magnesium oxide(MGO), magnesium chloride, perlite, Wood dust, fiberglass mesh, non-woven cloth etc.

  Usage:

 Partition wall, fireproof, heat resistant

 Ingredients:

 

MgO (Magnesium Oxide)--50.6% (so called burnt magnesium) used in medicine for curing heartburn;

 

Mgcl2 (Magnesium Chloride)--27%. It's contained in marine and rainwater and is the element of such material as Bishofit

 

Perlite (SiO2 )--3.1%  (volcanic glass) in the MgO Boards is used as the filling materials.

 

Wood fiber--14.3% (chips, sawdusts);

 

Filler- 5%- Glass fiber mesh and non-woven fabric

 

 

 

 

Advantages:

 

1) Fireproof: magnesium fireproof board was tested by the National Center for Quality Supervision and Testing of Fire Building Materials (NFTC). Its fireproof level is rated level A (nonflammable level) 

2) Moisture-resistance: magnesium fireproof board is excellent in moisture-resistance. Dry bending strength is 15MPa. Bending strength under absorbed moisture is 22MPa

 

3) Heat insulation: magnesium fireproof board has heat prevention material incorporated, it has great feature of heat prevention. Thermal resistance is 1.14m2k/w.

 

4) Sound insulation: magnesium fireproof board is proved to have good noise insulation property after inspected by the National Center for Quality Supervision and Testing of Fire Building Materials (NFTC), the noise insulation factor of the wall can reach 44dB and 47dB. It has the best noise insulation constitution in China, especially the 95mm wall comprised by the 10mm board

 

5) Bump-resistance and light: magnesium fireproof board is a light board. Its density is less than 1.0 x 1.03kg/m3. At the same time its bending strength and impact resistance is excellent. Also, it will maintain its' quality during construction. It is light, It can save time, space, weight and expense. It is a new and high efficient wall panel.
