Q1: How much can we expect to save by sourcing from you?

A1: You can expect to save about 15-40%. Since the manpower cost is low in China, sourcing from China will help you save on purchasing costs and significantly improve your market competition. Furthermore we are not a so large manufacturing plant, so we could supply the lowest price.

Q2: What's your quality level and supply capability?

A2: We are ISO9001:2008 certified, Certificate No.00115Q21775R0S/3700. Our supply capability is stamping parts 1,000,000 pieces or welding parts 100 tons per month.

Q3: How can you guarantee the quality?

A3:1) Precise technical translation. Very few engineering teams have professional English translators. We know the American technical drawings are quite different from Chinese drawings. For an English drawing, if only 5-8% of the specifications are mistranslated and/or not well understood, the mass production situation is out of control.

2)  Excellent facilities with engineering teams that have a good knowledge of the customer's quality requirements 

3)  Local, on time, technical support and quality control. Customers can see products when processing by field measurement pictures, It is like you are on-site real-time monitoring quality.

Q4: What is the general process of sourcing?

A4: Sourcing process is relatively easy. Simply send your inquiry, and we will handle the rest.  The general process is:

*  Inquiry, Quotation, Cost Confirmation  <7 days>

*  Building tooling, initial samples approval <25-50 days>

*  Mass Production and delivery for each order < 30-45 days>

Initially, you may need to send us inquiries with samples, drawings and annual usage quantity. We will quote the cost and feasibility study for your product(s) within 3 days.

If the cost is acceptable to you, we will build the tooling and do quality checks for you. Initial samples will be offered to you within 25-50 days. After that, there may be some feedback from you with some corrections. This will take another 15-20days. Then we are ready to start producing your order.   Generally, for each order delivery, it will take 30-45 days for production. Then we can ship your goods to you.

Q5: What’s your MOQ?

A5: The MOQ depends on the size of workpiece. A trial order of dozens of units is acceptable.

Q6: How long does it take to get a sample for approval?

A6: For simple cutting welding jobs, we can ship out samples within 7-10 days. For stamping jobs that need new tooling, generally,

We can finish building the new tooling and submit initial samples in about 35-50 days, including all of the material certificates, size and tolerance checking reports.

Q7: How much time does it take to get ready for production?

A7: In most cases, it will take approximately 25-50 days to have the products ready for mass prouction.

Q8: How much would the shipping cost?

A8: It depends on the weight and CBM, we can estimate for you if needed.

Q9: I want to purchase from you, how about the payment term?

A9: Below are acceptable

T/T in advance

30% deposit the balance T/T before delivery

30% deposit the balance T/T against B/L copy

Irrevocable L/C at sight (order amount more than USD20000)

Q10: What is your payment term for tooling costs? Is it a risk for us?

A10: For the tooling costs, the customer only needs to pay 50% in advance. We will bear the rest of the costs from our side. This way, we will share the risk in developing a product together with customers. After the sample is approved, the customer is to pay the remaining 50%.  If, for some reason, the project is a failure, we will return the 50% down payment to you.

Q11: Can I place a trade assurance order?

A11: Certainly you can. we are a member of Trade Assurance service that is new service provided by alibaba, which can provides buyers with a number of trade safeguards protect buyers’ payment to suppliers, and to ensure suppliers fulfill their obligations regarding order delivery time and product quality.

Q12: How should a good inquiry be prepared? How long does it take to receive a quote?

A12: It is very helpful for a customer to include drawings, expected purchasing quantity and samples when sending inquiries. Samples are always very helpful to give a confirmed price and determine the most efficient manufacturing process. 
Usually, it will take 1-3 days to send out a quotation and feasibility study report.
