It is manufactured form first three milking using very low heat process to retain its unique nutritional properties. It has high proteins & high potassium along with vitamins & minerals. Due to this the product is ideal for sports nutrition supplements.

Suggested usage:children: 3 to 7 years old children, two spoon every time, once a day, 7 years old above, 3 spoon every time, daily 1 time; Adults: two spoon every time, 2 times a day.
Directions:please use measuring spoon for measuring the usage amount,each spoon add 50 ml water, also can directly add milk, rice paste, porridge, oatmeal, etc liquid food when drinking. (the temperature should not be more than 50 °C, avoid the destruction of the active ingredient).
