Purpose
This unit is used in dental laboratories for removal of dust resulting from machining.

 

Description
The New AX-JT4 Dental Workstation was developed by Aixin with ergonomic designs for most dental technicians on the basis an OEM product for the Japanese market. The main body is made of cold pressed steel, and the tabletop is made of durable high density fireproof board. This unit features double 60 watt light tubes, stainless steel plate, arm rests with safety locks, automatic retrievable air nozzle, suction system, storage drawers, shelf for hanging pans and normal pans, two types of suction inlets, and gas pipe for Bunsen burner etc.. It also has an embedded storage box hidden under the tabletop which has a power outlet inside. What’s more, this unit has an automatic foot control for both the handpiece and the dust collector, users can simply control the dust collector and handpiece with one pedal. And the rotational direction of the handpiece and the dust collector can also be controlled separately on the control panel. This design can increase the lifespan of the motor by 200% and reduce the power consumption by 300%.
