Product Description
Tinned CCAM wire (TCCAM) is an new kind of shielding material which has Copper Clad Aluminum and Magnesium alloy wire (CCAM) as inner conductor and tin-Coating as outside layer. Its electrical and mechanical properties is between that of copper wire and aluminum alloy wire. TCCAM combines good conductivity of copper wire, light weight and good shielding of aluminum alloy wire
Manufacture Scope:0.12mm~0.60mm
Characteristics:
Compared with tinned copper wire, the length of tinned CCAM wire is 2.5times that of copper wire when their diameters and weight are equal. So light weight and saving cost is tccam’s advantage. Compared with aluminum alloy wire, tccam wire has good solderability, special trement are not needed as aluminum alloy wire
Application:
1.Shielding layer of coaxial cable, signal cable;
2.Other kind of braiding instead of aluminum alloy wire
