Due to the inherited attribute of the material, it is unable to be
formed with the traditional shoes machine of our country.
Pre-moulding quantitive nose is innovatively designed with simple
structure and high speed, reducing raw materials for shoes-making
and increasing output.
High accuracy preheating temperature is controlled by computer, with
vacuuming function in the mould to make the net material of EVA meet
the foam requirement.
It adopts computer control to automatically quantity, cover die, sink
and lock die to improve production speed and reduce labor intensity
and production cost.
