--  PRODUCT  DESCRIPTION

• SGT5-14EG adopts digital controlling, hydraulic system with one-way cylinder automatic return.

• Control cabinet features the ENCODER for the straightening and cutting adjusting, it can memorize up to 10 batches of different length and number of pieces, DIGITAL CONTROL with setting displaying on the screen for faster and easier operations.

• The whole machine only needs one 11kw motor to control straightening part and hydraulic-cutting system for the lowest failure rate.

• 3mm thick fully-enclosed external case to prevent dust infiltration (especially into the hydraulic system) and for safer operations.

• STRAIGHTENING WHEELS, SQUARE BLADE and ROUND BLADE  made of high-quality alloyed steel with proper heat treatment (quenching) to ensure high performances also under heavy loads and long working life.
