DOUBLE-SHAFT DOUGH MIXER
Function:
Mixing the flour and water automatically in high speed for 5 minutes and low speed for 10 minutes. Strengthen gluten. Discharging dough by hopper automatically to next process, dough ripen& feeding machine.
Advantage:
Time of high or low speed dough mixing and watering time can be set on control panel in advance .Then pressing the button of
dough mixing, the flour and water will be mixed automatically.



CONTINUOUS ROLLING MACHINE
Function:
After continuous rolling by 6 pairs of rolls with different gaps and rolling rates, the sheet goes through the slitting, separating and forming device to become corrugated noodles, which are delivered to the next step of the production process.
Advantage:
1): optimized rooling ratio, help the dough forming the best gluten, is good for improve the quality of final product.
2): each units of roller has single transmission and frequency control , the speed is automatically controlled by optoelectronic switch, with high level of automation.



STEAMING MACHINE
Function: 
The unit receives the corrugated noodle belt from the continuous rolling mill and puts it on the stainless steel net-belt to steam them into cooked noodles. Normally, the structure of starch is chain-type. 
Advantage:
1): The steam time is over 3 minutes, long time steam is good for noodle ageing .
2): Three singe temperature zone with singe control of steam, it is good for control steam pressure and temperature for different time,
3): Three layer steaming has save the space of workshop.



DRYING MACHINE
Function:
THE dry machine use hot air recycle to dry and dehydration the noodle, the time is about 45 minutes, the water content of noodle after dry is about 12%.
Advantages:
1): Hot air recycle drying, to achieve energy savings.
2): Auto control the steam pressure by electrically valve, keep the dry has a constant temperature.
3): Each hot air recycle devide has valve to control.
